What happens to the details you provide?

When LWSC runs a live form, your information is used only to register and process your connection: contacting you about documents and inspection, preparing a site quotation, and opening your account if you proceed. It is handled under LWSC records and data-protection rules—not sold or used for unrelated marketing. You can always apply in person at a branch with the same documents.

Timeline

Day 1: Submit application + documents
Day 2-3: Site survey by technical team
Day 4: Receive itemised quotation
Day 5: Customer pays connection fees
Day 6-7: Pipework + meter installation
Day 7: Service activated ✓

Indicative charges

Connection fee: KES 2,500 per new connection. Account deposit (meter provision) varies by consumer category—see table. LWSC facilitates the meter; pipework and materials are quoted after site survey.
