What happens to the details you provide?

When LWSC runs a live form, your information is used only to register and process your connection: contacting you about documents and inspection, preparing a site quotation, and opening your account if you proceed. It is handled under LWSC records and data-protection rules—not sold or used for unrelated marketing. You can always apply in person at a branch with the same documents.

Required Documents

  • Copy of National ID / Passport
  • KRA PIN certificate
  • Title deed or rent agreement
  • Site sketch with neighbours

Timeline

  • Day 1: Submit application + documents
