  • Water charges are subject to a sewer tariff for premises connected to the sewer network.
  • Disconnection notice period: 7 days.
  • Disconnection fee: KES 1,000 at the meter and KES 5,000 at the main.
  • Reconnection fee: KES 1,000 at the meter and KES 5,000 at the main (same as disconnection).
  • Disconnection on owner's request: KES 200.
  • Reconnection on owner's request: KES 200.
  • Meter testing charges: KES 500.
  • Tariffs are reviewed annually and approved by WASREB.
  • Late payment penalty may apply after the due date — refer to your bill.

Sewer services available within Limuru Town. Coverage being expanded across the service area.

New Sewer Connection

Apply for a new sewer connection at any branch. Site survey and design done within 5 days.

Blockage Clearance

Report sewer blockages, overflows or odours. Standard response time: 4 hours within Limuru Town.

Exhauster Services

For non-sewered areas, request a licensed exhauster for septic tank emptying.

Billing Cycle

Meter reading 22nd–28th. SMS and email bill copies by the 30th. Payment due by the 7th. Disconnection may apply after the deadline if unpaid, subject to notice.
