Getting connected to LWSC is simple. Here is what to expect from application to your first bill.

Submit Application

Fill the connection application form at any LWSC branch office or download from our website. Attach the ID, PIN Certificate or certificate of incorporation for businesses and a passport size photo.

Site Inspection

Our technicians visit your site within 2 working days to assess feasibility, measure distances and prepare a cost estimate.

Receive Quotation

A formal connection quotation is issued based on the site assessment. This covers the connection fittings needed for installation at the customer's site.

Make Payment

Make payment after the notification through SMS that the service is connectable.

Installation

LWSC plumbers install your connection within 7 working days of payment confirmation. You will be notified of the scheduled date.

Connection Live

Your meter is commissioned, your account is activated, and you receive your connection certificate. You can now pay bills monthly.
